I wonder why it is that a lot of rappers talk about how fake people are/how nobody around them is loyal when I’ve actually found quite the opposite to be true. Many people that I meet are genuine and caring, always willing to lend a hand. I think being ultra-rich just naturally attracts a small subset of people that are intentionally looking to backstab others in the interest of making money, thus they perceive the world as containing too many of these types of people, even though they actually represent a minority. People are more likely to betray others when they are sure there’s something to gain, and that’s more often the case when you deal with wealthy people.
